Appearance:
Matt is kind of tall, standing at 6 foot. He has gorgeous blue eyes, but they are usually hidden beneath a fringe of bangs. His hair is straigh and black and usually very well kept. His dressing style is slightly emo and people tend to judge. Matt has snake bites, which he is proud of.
General Personality:
He is a very nice person, but sometimes is labeled as sand-offish because he is usually always thinking or lost in thought. Once you get to know him, he really opens up and is very funny and always loves to play around. Matt usually always has one person whom he is really close to, with a lot of other aquaitences. But it takes a while for him to trust someone enough to get really close to them.
History:
Matt was never really like boys his age. He was drawn to the written word. He devoured books, wrote poems, and listened to music constantly. His dad was never home, from being a doctor, and his mom was always out doing something. His older sister hardly payed any attention to him. And got mad when she was forced to take him to the stable where she took riding lessons.
The first time he went was the moment when everything changed for him. Matt instantly fell in love with horses and begged his parents to let him take lessons as well. They obliged, thinking it would be good for the siblings. But Matt was quite the natural but worked hard for everything and his sister became jealous, eventually giving up riding.
He went to shows, and his parents let him lease horses. Matt worked at the stable because he never wanted to leave. He was never late and always exceeded expectations. But one day everything changed. His sister began following the wrong crowd, and Matt got into some trouble as well.
His looked changed from boy next door to Emo. He began smoking and drinking, trying to keep up being cool. He didn't want anyone finding out he rode horses, english no less. He quit working at the stable, and his mom found him one night, passed out on the couch with a bottle of beer in his hand.
Matt knew nothing would ever be the same. His mom made him quit his job and get back to school work. He was also forced to quit taking lessons. This sent him into a depression. He was partying and drinking more than ever. One day someone found out about his past riding carrer and told everyone in the school.
It was like a living hell for him. And upon his eighteenth birthday, he told his mom he was dropping out and moving away. She didn't want to loose her son, but she knew this was what he needed to do. She told him as long as he quit the drinking and partying, she would give him money and buy him a horse. He agreed, and set out on his adventure to a place called Guineaville, where he hoped to change his life around.
