Miley Taylor Farley breathing the sweet scent of horses :)
Black books outlined her cream pants reflection in the afternoon sunlight. It flickered off her lose pony tail as she stood in the middle of the out door arena. She was waiting, waiting to see if anyone showed. She and Melena had been talking about having a Open Lesson, and she had done it but so far no one was here. Taking a deep breath she closed her eyes and relaxed, what was the point of worrying? Feeling her phone viberate on her belt buckle, she pulled it off and stared at it. Shane. Why would he be calling? Looking around and still not seeing anyone, she answered and started towards Hallie.
Hey Shane she asnwered in her cheery voice, she couldn't allow her brother to think she was regreting coming here, right? Was she really? Hey Sis! How's the horse stable thing working out? a Smile crept to her cheeks, he was the one who was listening when she told her family what she was doing, Its great, I am actaully I am one of the trainers here she said, she couldn't keep the pride from her voice. Thats great! I bet mom and dad are proud, eh? Ayways do you think I coud come and hang with you for a few months? Collab is out for the summer and I don't want to go home.. she could understand that, ever since he broke off his engagment with his two year girlfriend there mom had asked and asked why and if he had a new girlfriend. She just couldn't see her little boy lonely, her little girl it didn't matter. They don't know about anything that I am doing really.. they don't care, you know that, she finished in her mind. But yea, you should that would be totaly cool. After he told her he would be in a a couple days they said there good byes. Bye then she was staring eye to eye with her buckskin mare.
Sighing she warped her arms around the neck of Hallie, Ah girl, why me love? Why can't I be the one with loving parents? she whispered into the mares mane before dropping her phone into the tack bucket, bent down to grab a brush, and began brushing as she waited the remaining time till someone came. She wasn't sure if they would have a horse so she had brought Hallie just in case. She would most likely take Hallie out on a trail afterwords. Maybe. Looking around once more, she set on the job before her, brushing Hallie. Besides she had to make sure she was looking her best for Shane.

Colin sighed. His stupid 'guardians' had sent him here, and made him stay. Now he had a freaking lesson with some girl. Well, she owned the place, but still. Leading his stallion along beside him, he entered the barn. The grey stally perked his ears up, bobbing his head. "Oh. Crap." Colin choked, eying the mare. The stallion should be good? But, Colin wasn't sure if this was a good day or a bad day for Dusty.
Luckily the stallion just whinnied, pawing the ground. Dusty gave Colin an odd look, as if saying; "Why the hell'd we stop?" Colin chuckled, sighing deeply. That made his heart race. "Hello," Colin greeted cheerfully, smirking. Now that he looked at the girl, he noticed she'd caught his eye. She sure was pretty. But she was also his trainer. Dammit. That was a good point. He couldn't hook up with his trainer. If he dumped her, he'd be screwed. Big time.
Ignoring what was racing around in his head at top speed, he grinned. "You must be Miley Farley?" He asked, wondering. If she wasn't his trainer, he'd flirt alot. Well, more. He'd flirt even if she was. Who really gave a shit about that? It didn't mean he couldn't flirt. Or kiss...Just not hook up. This could be fun.
Unlike his flirty drunken self, he was quite mellow when he was fine. Not overly flirting until he got what he wanted. Then he was a totally different Colin. And he liked that Colin. So did the ladies. Oh, the ladies loved him drunk, too. Then they got what they were looking for. And that was usually their goal.
The wheels of pointless thought were spinning around in his head. He was sure the girl could tell he was debating, but not sure if she knew why. Blue eyes bright and curious, she waited for her reply.

Miley Taylor Farley breathing the sweet scent of horses :)
Setting down the brush, Miley looked over the guy. Clean shaven, good looking, not what she was expecting. She could never picture good looking guys riding horses. It just didn't set right with her, she pictured the out dancing, flirting with every girl, not being able to have one relationship at a time, but then that could have been from bad history. Lifting her thin shoulder, in confusion to herself, she slowly made her way towards him. Thats me, and you must be Colin Reede? she asked, pretty much knowing it was him. Looking past him, her eyes drifted to his horse. A pretty fellow, honestly. Tilting her head slightly, she studied Colin. He had blond hair which fell slightly unto his face, eyes which where a pretty blue and a in shape body.
Tilting back unto her heels, So, what do you want to learn, Colin she asked, wondering what he would say. From what Melena had said, was he was a beginner, so Miley figured he wouldn't be wanting to do any jumps, but then it wouldn't surprise her if he wanted to prove someone wrong. Tilting her head to the side, her eyes again drifted to the stallion, from where he was standing she couldn't make out if he was saddled or not, if he wasn't, she hadn't seen him bring a saddle with him, if he was then she must have missed it. Raising her eye brows, she smiled. I can do pretty much anything, but western. But I work mostly in Jumping and Dressage
The sun danced on her skin, and for the first time Miley realized that she felt tall. Everyone she had ever been around, grew up around was tall. Taller then her atleast, and it felt weird to be the tall one for a change. Most of her friends had been the same height. Amusement flashed in her eyes as she stared at Colin, awaiting his reply.
