The jet black truck pulled up to the front of the barn and slowed to a stop before the girl pulled the parking break and killed the engine. Behind the black truck was a white 3 horse slant load trailer. The girl opened the cab door and jumped down. She was wearing a pair of boot cut jeans, black and blue cowboy boots and a teal polo to match. Her hair was in a half pony tail with her bangs falling around her face. She closed the door of the truck and opened up the back door to grab the hot pink and magenta lead ropes. Before closing the back door, she grabbed the bucket of treats that sat on the floor. Once She had everything she needed, she headed towards the back of the trailer. Adrianne opened up the back door to the tack room and placed the treats on the floor before securing the door open. She also opened the back door which lead to the inside of the trailer so the horses could have some air. After lowering the ramp, Adrianne walked inside the trailer and gently patted the dark gray mare's rump before swinging the arm back and moving up to the mare's head.
The quarter horse looked back at her and sniffed at her hands before pawing at the ground. "Hey there girl, we'll get you out of here." She said with a smile. She clipped the magenta lead rope to the matching halter and unclipped the trailer tie before turning the mare around and leading her down the ramp. The mare whinnied and pranced about, trying to look around the new place. Adrianne smiled and clucked to the mare to follow. The horse picked up a trot and trotted beside her into the barn. Adrianne found an open stall and put the mare in, letting her off the lead rope and shutting the door. The mare stuck her head out of the stall and called out to the other horses. When she got no reply, she started wandering around the stall.
Adrianne headed back out to the trailer and opened the other arm to get to the light gray mare. She patted the mare's neck as the gray gently nudged her. Adrianne smiled. "Hey there. Are you ready to get out?" The mare walked forewards as the girl led her out of the trailer and down the ramp. She whinnied, trying to find her friend. Adrianne led her into the barn and into the empty stall next to Melody. "There ya go girls. I need to go find the manager." She said looking around.

What was the point in this?
Sighing deeply, Jez continued walking. Was there an open stall ANYWHERE?! Hooves clacked on the cement beside her where a chestnut Anglo-Arab walked. On her other side, where no sound was made, a young border collie pup padded, tongue lolling, ears perked. Her nose had a tawny strip on it, a white chest, and white legs and paws. Of course, she was a crisp, freshly groomed white. "Erin, come one, girl." Jez sighed as the pup slowed. Erin imidiately sped up and heeled. All the work sure had paid off. Erin was trained flawlessly after Jez had trained her twenty-four-seven. A human! Jez gasped silently as a girl came in sight. Smiling jollily, she looked at her. "Hello! I'm Jez. I'm new here. Would you, by chance, know where I could put my mare?" Dash nickered as she was mentioned, and pawed the ground. Erin sat by Jez's side, tilting her head to the side.

Adrianne brought in the last of her tack from the trailer and put it in the tack room. She looked around and sighed before she heard the sound of another horse coming in. Soon she heard the sound of another person's voice. She looked up and smiled at the blonde girl. Adrianne suddenly felt very ugly in the presence of this girl. She was beautiful. Adrianne was jealous but when she realized how nice the girl was, the jealousy faded away and she became her normal self again. "Hi! I'm Adrianne and actually, I just got here. I'm not even sure if I should be putting my horses here." Adrianne said with a small smile. "But I think the stall next to Harmony, the light gray horse, is open. We could be stall buddies!" She said with a bright smile. She pointed to the stall next to her light gray mare. "Oh, this is Melody." She said pointing the the dark gray. "And this is Harmony" She said, pointing to the light gray. "That's a beautiful horse, what is it's name?" She said, looking at the girl's horse.

"It's better than leading them around all day." Jez answered sweetly. "This," -- She raised the mares head -- "is Dash." She answered. "The border collie is Erin. You can pet her if you'd like. She's fine around others and animals." She stated, blinking. Put on a happy face... Go to a happy place.. She forced herself, running her hand down Dash's neck. Leading the mare over to the stall next to the light grey horse's, she unlatched the gate and led Dash in, turning her around and unclipping her. Slipping out of the stall, and making sure there could be no escape, she walked back out, bending down to the pup at her foot, and ruffling her ruff. (That sounds funny. ) Jez ran her finger over the tawny strip, and stood. Erin stayed seated where she was, ears perked forward.Holding the lead rope in one hand, she waited for the girl's reply. One question tore at her: Were there any guys around? She was in a great mood, and wanting to flirt, not chat. Of course, nothing about her even hinted that.

Adrianne smiled and held her hand out for the dog to sniff. She looked around at the barn. Where were the guys? The last barn she was at had a least one or two guys but they were usually taken. Either way, guys were easy to hang out with. She was surprised she was getting along with a guy. Adrianne sighed and looked up at Jez. "Hey, do you know if there are any guys around this barn?" She asked. She didn't want to be rude and seem like she was bored of Jez, because she wasn't. She was happy to be around anyone at the moment. But it would be awesome if some guys were around.

(Thought it was 150....sorry...)
Erin's tail started wagging, and her ears perked up as she watched Adrianne. Jez blinked in surprise. "I have no clue. I was thinking the exact same thing." She stated. Random thought of the day: It'd feel amazing to go in a pool... Jez blinked at the thought. Where had that come from? Well than. Back to reality. Blinking again, she thought about guys, and felt her mind zip back to Ryan, her ex-boyfriend. What a jerk he'd been. She left for an hour, and came back to her house to find him sleeping with her sister. That thought pissed her off. Alot.
A vibrate.
Slipping her hand into her pocket, she pulled out her teal LG Scoop, and slid it open, eyes skimming over the text.
I love you. I hate her...
She knew it wasn't true. Biting her lip, her thumbs glided over the keyboard as she answered back.
Give it up. We're over.
It would be like venom to him. And she liked it. Smirking, she slipped the cell in her pocket, looking at Adrianne. "Sorry." She appologized, sighing. It was rude to text around company.
Another vibrate.
Jez rolled her eyes. "You mind?" She asked politely, wanting to know if the girl would care or not.

Adrianne smiled at the dog, then back up at Jez. "Oh, of course not." She said with a bright smile. This gave her a chance to check her own phone which had vibrated many times since the drive here, but she was too busy to check any of the texts. She pulled the frost colored blackberry pearl out of her pocket and opened up the messages. The first one was completely unexpected. It was from her ex-best friend, Colton. She bit her bottom lip and opened the text message. She hadn't talked to him in over 4 months since he broke a promise to her. She wasn't ready for what she was about to read.
Hey, I'm sorry for the way I have been acting. I've come to realize the only reason we're like this right now is because we're practically like brother and sister, and I fight with my sister all the time in real life and we can go days without talking. So I'm sorry, I really do love you and I've made a huge mistake.
Adrianne shook her head and hit reply, disgusted.
Yeah...right. Glad you realized your mistake, but this is NOTHING like what you have with your sister. A few days....a few months...catch my drift? Maybe when you start acting like a real friend I can forgive you, but not now. It's too soon.
Adrianne flipped through the other texts and sighed before putting her phone back in her pocket. She looked over at Jez.
"Do you know how bad I've wanted that phone for like the last forever? T-mobile just never has anything like it, so I get stuck with my piece of crap phones." She said with a playful smile. ((Omg, like seriously though, Jez has the phone I've wanted forever. Anyway I finally got a new phone, aka my blackberry pearl, and T-mobile comes out with the gravity which is just like it. I wanted to scream ha.))

"Thanks," Jez answered, grinning, and sliding open the phone, curious.
NO! YOU CANNOT DO THIS TO ME! PLEASE!
Oh, Ryan. Guys never gave up, did they? Shaking her head, she put her thumbs to the keyboard, and flashed down a reply.
Babe, you just watch me.
She answered simply, easily.
"Do you know how bad I've wanted that phone for like the last forever? T-mobile just never has anything like it, so I get stuck with my piece of crap phones."
"The blackberry isn't too bad." Jez said, smirking. "I've had this thing for a few months now." No they were talking phone? Nope. She had to change that. "I wonder where everyone else is..." Jez said, looking around.
Ering had plopped down, and was now sleeping on the floor.
(Where's the counter box?! O.O)

Aiden Sanders
The trailer pulled up and the boy pulled his black mustang around the side of the barn, parking it and then getting out. He shut the door and walked up to his uncle's trailer to unload his horse. It wasn't the fanciest of trailers or trucks for that matter. He looked around, almost jealous of all the other people's fancy things. The boy sighed and waved to his uncle to kill the engine. His bangs covered his eyes as he grabbed the lead rope out of the back of the trailer and lowered the ramp to get to his horse. He clipped the lead rope on the horse's halter and led him out. His uncle unloaded the tack and feed into the barn and the boy clucked to the horse to walk into the barn.
Aiden smiled when he saw two girls standing and conversing. He smiled at the dog who was laying on the ground. "Hey." Aiden said with a small smile. He was usually shy, but something about these girls made him open up. Maybe it was the fact that they had horses and he had something he could easily relate to. The chestnut horse raised his head and let out a high squeal. "Shush." The boy said shaking the lead rope. The horse dropped his head and snorted. "Do you know where I can put him? He asked, looking around the barn.

Adrianne smiled and shook her head. The blackberry WAS that bad. She looked around the barn. "I have no idea." She said with a sigh. Only two girls in this whole barn? That had to be impossible. And when the girls were looking this fine, well, damn, where were the guys?!
The girl turned around quickly when she saw the boy and the fiesty thoroughbred. She smiled. I didn't know scene guys rode horses. Adrianne thought to herself. She tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "Oh hey." She said with a small smile. "Uhm, your guess is as good as mine." She said, looking around the barn. A majority of the stalls were empty but she didn't know if any of them were taken. They probably weren't since there was nobody else around. "Oh! I'm Adrianne and this is Harmony and Melody." She said, pointing to the horses.
At that exact moment, Melody decided to throw a fit. She didn't want to be in stall anymore. The mare tossed her head and let out a whinny before pawing. She struck the stall door repeatedly which made a horrible noise which echoed throughout the barn. "Hey! Knock that off!" Said Adrianne, getting frustrated with the mare's behavior. The mare continued to paw. "Excuse me please." She said with a polite smile before she grabbed the mare's lead rope and opened the door. The mare immediately backed up and tossed her head, threatening a rear. "I'm getting so sick of your games, woman." She said, grabbing the mare's halter and clipping the lead rope on. She walked the mare out of the stall and onto the gravel drive where she made the mare trot small circles around her. The mare would occassionally kick out and try to pull away but the girl had a firm grip. Adrianne hoped this time away from the others would give Jez a chance to talk to the boy.

"Hi." Jez answered. So there was a guy! Where were all the others? Eying the horse, she turned, snagging her gaze away and looking at the row of stalls. There was an empty stall next to Dash's. "Um, there's one right there. By my mare." She said, pointing. Pivoting back around, she looked at the guy. "I'm Jez, by the way." She stated.
'Well. Now I feel like an idiot.' She thought to herself, sighing. Holy shit. She caught herself flirting, and stopped it. What a surprise! Blinking, she scanned the guy, looking at Adri. Well, she'd have to thank her for letting her talk to the guy later. Erin suddenly stood and trotted off to the car. Jezebel stood blankly, not knowing what to do next. Well. 'Honostly, I AM an idiot.' Sh corrected herself randomly. She didn't want to babble, nor start a conversation. She wasn't sure of what to do. Waiting for the guy to answer, she simply stood.

Aiden Sanders
Aiden smiled at the girl. It's nice to meet you. That's a really pretty name. And you have a lovely horse...and dog, before it ran off. The boy said all of this with a playful smile. He clucked to the thoroughbred to move foreward. The gelding tossed his head and trotted alongside the boy. Aiden let the horse loose in the stall and patted Song. Good boy. He said closing the stall and tying the lead rope around the bar of the stall.
If you ladies aren't doing anything later, maybe you'd like to go for a trail ride? He asked, looking at his phone for the time. It wasn't very late in the day and if they did go out, they could probably ride till sunset. He really wanted to look around and what could be better than a trail ride? The boy flipped his hair out of his eyes and looked down the isle to the bright outside world to see if the girl needed any help with her horse. If you guys do want to go, we could probably go soon. Song is going to get antsy being in a stall.

"Thanks." Jez answered, grinning. "Um, the horse is Dash, and the pup Erin, by the way..." She replied, trying not to scream at herself. Wow, she was an idiot.
"Sure!" She answered, not sure if Adri wanted to go or not. "I dunno if she does or not." She stated, sighing. Dash snorted again, sniffing the gelding curiously, trying to figure out why t was there.
((NF. I'll finish it soon, I promise! XD))
