Appearance: Portia has long curly blonde hair. She has emerald green eyes and perfect tan skin. She does have a very nice appearance, except she has a longer nose then some. Although that is not a turn off for most guys for that matter. She is a very beatiful girl, although she has had some plastic surgery. Oh well. You arn't born perfect are you? She usually leaves her hair natural, which is in cute ringlettes. Occasionally she will straighten it and at any special occasion she will put it in a fancy updo. Her hair is very long, going down to mid-back when curly and longer once straightened. She wears a lot of green to highlight her eyes. She looks great in it. She uses M.A.C. make up daily. Usually just mascara and eyeliner and some eye shadow on regular days, but she will put blush and lip stick on when she needs to. She doesn't use foundation because of her complexion. It is near perfect. She is a good 5,6 ft. She is tall and lean. She has long legs and a short upper body. She also is pretty chesty. She has had a boob job once or twice...
General Personality: Portia has a love for acronyms. She is a total BFFN ( best friend for now ). She is a great person to have on your side, but her alliances shift faster then you can said " Credit or Debit?" She is like Noelle being she only likes a selected few. She does have a repuatation to say some mean combacks. Although her words arn't as harsh as her BFF ( Best friend forever ) Noelle. Oh yes. She is also not so bright. She doesn't use her head and can be mistaken for a dumb blonde. Oops!
History: Portia has always had the perfect life. Money, coming out her ears. Although her mom died young. She doesn't remember her mom much because she died when she gave birth to Portia. So she really doesn't know what it is like to have a mother. Portia had her Billionaire father who gives her everything. She was in the famous boarding school Easton, and infact was in billings aswell. She met Noelle there. Since she was the leader. She was to follow the lead of Noelle. Noelle never was to nice to Portia until she proved herself worthy. Then Noelle and Portia were inseperable. Until she graduated then she followed the rule of Reed. She never liked Reed much. After she stole her boyfriend and almost distroyed Billings and not to mention hook up with Noelle's boyfriend! Portia however was always popular at Easton. She was accepted in Billings when she arrived there as a sophmore. Billings Girls were always admired by everyone. She graduated this year. She can't even begin to explain how excited she is to see Noelle again.
