Full Name: Morgandy Belle Vandelaar
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Riding Level: Novice
Appearance: Morgan's appearance is nothing out of the ordinary. She has a soft, round-ish looking face. Brown eyes, and a bright smile. But if you take the time to really look at her, she seems to stand out. She has a small mole up near her eye, something her mother called "her lucky mark" since she was a baby. It seems to draw the attention to her eyes, and just makers her face glow. Her eyes tend to portray a bit of what she is feeling, just from the way they look. Her skin is usually lightly tanned, not enough to make her look mexican per se, but enough to get a nice golden color. Her hair is naturally curly, and falls around her face in layers. During the winter, it's a darker brown, with no highlights, but in the summer when she gets more sun, it's a light brown with even lighter, almost blonde, highlights. Morgan is in between being meaty and anorexic. She has a healthy weight to her, enough to keep her fit and healthy. And though she isn't some woman muscle builder, she does have a bit more muscle than the average girl of her age, doing all the physical work that comes with working with horses.
General Personality: Some words that people have used to describe Morgan would be: bubbly, fun, outgoing, risk taker. Like the song "Girl's Just Want To Have Fun", it holds some part of truth about Morgan. She enjoys doing random and spontaneous things every once and while, who doesn't? She is usually the one to be "Hey! Lets go spray paint a goat!" That sort of thing. She is very spontaneous and loves a good laugh everyday. Her personal motto changes constantly, but one she has before was "A Laugh A Day Keeps The Dr. Away" She loves taking those risks, but knows when to say no. She vows she will never smoke cigarettes or try drugs because of the devastating effects she has seen them cause. Morgan loves her best friends and can't stand not being around them for long periods of time. She is more than willing to do almost anything for any of them. Morgan is naturally a more "leader" than a "follower" of a person. Whenever put in a group, she tends to assume the "leader position" and it is hard for her whenever a leader is pre-assigned.
History: Morgan didn't grow up in a particularly wealthy home, but the family did have enough to live comfortably. They were the average suburban family, mother takings the kids to soccer practice, father working a long day and coming home tired to a happy family and wife. But on the inside it held a secret. Shortly after Morgan turned eight years old, her father took up gambling. The rest of the family didn't know. Throughout the next year or so, his gambling debts kept piling up. And he didn't pay. And it wasn't just casino gambling he was betting on. It was something in itself that was illegal, dog fights. And as his debts came to an almost inconsiderable amount, he was found killed. Killed by a dog. It took several years, but finally, the culprit was brought to justice. On the murderers property, two horses were found, along with over 75 dogs. The family, although they belonged to the person who had killed their father, took in the two horses. And here is where Morgan's path to loving horses took hold. The two were slowly nursed back to health and were soon ready for riding. A professional rider was called in, just to make sure they horses were as safe as a horse could get, and then Morgan was allowed to meet her first true love. It was a lovely chocolate brown gelding by the name of Reese. And she loved that horse. She grew up loving that horse, until he died a few years before coming to Riverglass Ranch. Because Morgan was completely self-taught, she was put into the novice group. At the moment, Morgan does not have a horse. But she will be looking at a few for sale at the Ranch, and also off site. For now she is content with a school horse. --------------------------------- Preferred Name: Ven please. Role Play Experience: Uh... three, four years? Yeah, sounds right. Other Characters:None, but I'm planning on one more sometime.
